These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Daksha TV Solutions website and the doorstep TV repair, installation, and maintenance services we provide in Indore. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Daksha TV Solutions is an independent, third-party doorstep repair service for LED and Smart TVs. We offer diagnosis, repair, installation, and wall-mounting services at the customer's home or business address within our serviceable areas in Indore. For repairs that need specialised workshop equipment (for example, panel or motherboard-level work), we also collect your TV from your home and deliver it back to you after the repair, at no extra pickup or delivery cost.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Service visits can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website contact form.
• We will confirm an approximate visit window based on technician availability.
• Please ensure someone is available at the service address during the scheduled visit; repeated missed appointments may require rescheduling or an additional visit charge.

3. Diagnosis & Pricing

• The initial home visit and diagnosis are free of charge.
• If a repair is not carried out after diagnosis, no charges apply — our "No fix, no charge" promise.
• A clear, upfront price quote will be shared with you before any repair work begins.
• Final charges may vary from an initial estimate if additional faults are discovered once the TV is opened, and any change will be communicated to you before proceeding.
• Where a repair requires pickup for workshop-level work, collection and delivery of your TV are free of charge — you only pay for the repair itself, as quoted.

4. Payment

Payment for completed repair, installation, or maintenance work is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and standard digital payment methods.

5. Spare Parts & Repair Warranty

• We use genuine or quality-tested spare parts wherever possible.
• Selected repairs are covered by a service warranty; the applicable warranty period and coverage will be confirmed to you in writing (invoice/receipt) at the time of repair.
• The warranty covers defects related to the specific repair carried out and does not cover unrelated faults, physical damage, liquid damage, or issues arising after the warranty period.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Please provide accurate contact and address details when booking.
• Please ensure safe and reasonable access to the TV and its surrounding area for the technician.
• Any pre-existing damage or fault not related to the reported issue should be pointed out before the technician begins work.
• For software-related repairs (such as a factory reset, firmware update, or app troubleshooting on a Smart TV), please back up or note down any personal accounts, saved logins, or settings beforehand — this type of repair can reset the TV to its original factory state.

7. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians take reasonable care during every visit, Daksha TV Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, cosmetic wear, or faults unrelated to the repair carried out. We are also not liable for loss of personal accounts, saved logins, apps, or settings resulting from software repairs, factory resets, or firmware updates carried out as part of the requested service. Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

8. Service Area

We currently serve customers across Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and surrounding areas. Availability may vary by location.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
