Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for doorstep TV repair, installation, and maintenance bookings made with Daksha TV Solutions in Indore.

1. Cancelling a Service Visit

• You can cancel or reschedule a booked visit any time before the technician is dispatched, at no cost, by contacting us on phone or WhatsApp.
• If you need to cancel after the technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at your address, please let us know as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

2. Home Visit & Diagnosis Charge

The initial home visit and diagnosis cost ₹300, payable at the time of the visit. This charge applies whether or not you choose to go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair after diagnosis, no further charges apply beyond the ₹300 visit fee — under our "No fix, no charge" policy, you are only charged for the repair itself if it is carried out.

3. Cancelling After Payment

• If you have made an advance payment for a repair, installation, or part, and you cancel before the work has started, the full amount will be refunded.
• If work has already started or a part has been specifically procured for your repair, the cost of labour completed and any non-returnable parts already sourced may be deducted from the refund.
• If your TV was picked up for workshop-level repair and you cancel before work has started, we will return your TV to you at no charge, and any advance payment will be refunded in full.
• Once a repair is fully completed and the TV has been handed back in working order, the service is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund, except as covered by the repair warranty below.

4. Repair Warranty Claims

If the same issue we repaired recurs within the applicable warranty period, contact us and we will re-inspect and re-repair the fault at no additional labour cost, subject to the terms shared on your invoice/receipt. Warranty claims are resolved through a repeat repair rather than a cash refund, unless we are unable to resolve the issue, in which case a fair refund will be discussed with you.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Faults unrelated to the original repair or reported issue
• Damage caused after the repair was completed (e.g. physical or liquid damage)
• Change of mind after a repair has been fully completed and accepted by the customer
• Loss of personal accounts, logins, or settings from a software repair (e.g. factory reset) that was requested and carried out as part of the service

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (or via a mutually agreed method for cash payments) within 5–7 business days of approval.
